I am doing the teas - the Slippery Elm Bark Tea in the am (gross) and the Saffron tea at night (good with a little honey). I also have completely cut out tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, and eggplant. Tomato products are in a LOT more than you'd think!! There is even tomato extract in Kashi Heart to Heart cereal - which used to be a favorite of mine. I have been doing the regimen for about 6 weeks and noticed a difference within the first 5 days.
