Re: Helping ourselves
I have had
Psoriasis for about 6 years now. I have tried the steroid creams and your right they don't work. I'm am pretty sure that smoking and drinking do irritate the
Psoriasis even more. I like to indulge in a drink or two and the next day my skin is itchy.
As for the thing about your allergies to food and your families allergies to food. I have done a lot of research on
Psoriasis and I do not think it is a hereditary thing like your doctor might have told you. I think it is based on how you eat and how you live your life. I think they like to say that it is hereditary because it a cop out for them. And they don't make any money unless the prescribe some drug full of toxins to make you even worse.
I have had wonderful results from this forum and the fasting and
Liver Flush Forum . I have done about 3
Liver Flushes now and my skin is really showing improvement. It just takes a while to heal your body. It took you a long time to get sick, it will take you a while to get better.
I also looked into the possibility of having leaky gut syndrome..It seems that taking herbs for that and doing the fasting along with the
Liver Flush has given me tremendous results.
Hang in there. It will get better if you really want it to.
