Hi Dee............I'll be anxious to see if you try the lecithin and what response you get....I started the lecithin and was so thrilled with the results that I decided Dr. Pagano knew what he was talking about so decided to do the whole program...except for the colonics and adjustments for now...In reading back to the first page of this forum I noticed others talked about the book also and had good results....i saw results almost immediately...keep us posted...when I was out this last weekend at an art fair, a young woman came into my booth with psoriasis, I was hoping she would approach me so that I could talk to her about it....but she walked out...I felt that if I approached her she might feel like what you mentioned...about people asking dumb questions....so I said to my husband "if she comes over to ask about the art etc...I'm going to talk to her" darn she walked away......Sal
