Re: Shelley, I need your help...

Saw your post and though I'm not Shelley I want to encourage you that what you are experiencing is very normal. The first time I did a Liver Flush all that came out was chaff and sandy stuff. I felt sick as well. If you think about it the process causes the liver and gall bladder ducts to open up and push out all the toxins and junk that has been blocked up for so long. Then it moves to your intestines and some of it gets reabsorbed into the blood stream so you get to experience all of this toxic stuff again for a short time. Until your body is completely rid of these toxins you feel lousy, sometimes nauseous and flu-like. It took me about three to four cleanses before I saw stones. Keep at it, often it may take ten flushes before you get rid of everything that has been trapped in the liver/gallbladder. It took years for all of this junk to accumulate and a relatively short time to clean out if you are persistent so keep at it and let us know how it goes.

Steve
