Cortisol

Hi Shelley,

Are you familiar with cortisol products? Are they safe and if so, is there a reputable one on the market? My naturopath said often what happens with weight issues is the adrenals are pumping cortisol into the mid section (from stress, etc.) because the liver can't handle it. I'm still working on Liver Cleansing but also wondered if a cortisol product would help shed some of the weight I've gained around the middle. I've surely tried everything else under the sun!
