Hi, I get similar bumps and have done for 10 years. They are at the top front of my fingers, around the first knuckle. They can get very painful but aren't itcy at all.

I've pretty much linked them to my bad circulation as I tend to get them only in the autumn and winter when it's cold. I don't know if they're chillblains or not. I get very cold hands and feet in general. Bad circulation is linked to liver congestion. Maybe this is a connection to yours?
