It's not a bladder cleanse per se, it's a high potency flax seed powder. Surprisingly it's tastes really good. I can't remember the name of the company, but they have a veternary section that makes a product for dogs called Missing Link. If you look that up in Google, you will find the company name and thus the Flax product name. I love it, despite the fact that I was very crampy and nauseous for the two days it took to clean pipes out, I think it is great! My naturopath gave it to me and he swears by it. Thanks for the Pao de Arco tea recommendation. I drink it occasionally and so now I'll just drink it more often. Best of luck to you.
