Okay, first thing you want to do is make sure you're getting enough fluids. Start drinking a glass of water every hour on the hour except for meal hours. You can drink lemonade or limeade too, or the Cleansing Drink, or herbal teas. Peppermint and dandelion would be best.
Next thing you want to do is to take something that helps to alkalinize your system. That means lots of whole foods (veggies, fruits, whole grain hot cereals) while avoiding processed foods, freshly squeezed veggie juices, and something like Garden of Life's Acid Defense, or EmergenC, or both! :)
Then you need to think about cleansing. If you have any kind of digestive upsets, you should start with the bowels, but mostly you need to do a little liver managemnet. That can include flushes, herbs, special meals, teas, there are lots of optios listed in the Liver Notes and other posts in the FAQ.
