Sorry Shelley, I know you're busy but Im just a bit confused.

I have bought some Vitex because I have heard this can help hormonal problems - thing is, I know it reduces the estrogen or something - what if that is not my problem in the first place? What if it is some other hormone? Taking something like that might make it worse. Maybe I should have my hormones checked...

I guess, if I had a clean liver then it would all work properly - so I will continue with your cleansing salads and liver flushing. Thanks Shelley...
