Earlier Epsom Salt

Shelley or anyone, if i take my OO/Lemon mixture at 10pm, i've to take the 3rd Ep 6 am rite, but can i take it earlier like around 4.30 am Because i do this on Weekdays/today not on weekend and i'm studying, do u think can effect the successful of the flush? Because like my last flush around 4-5 am was already passing stones and i think ur guys also rite, maybe it doesn't matter, Any suggestions?

Shelley can ghee make liver give up bile like OO (Olive-Oil) does? Thanks
