My position on anti-fungals is that for the most part they are a total waste of time and money. There's simply no way to kill off candida, it is meant to be in our bodies and is there to help us. It is only our bad habits and broad-spectrum Antibiotics that make it out of balance. The trick is restoring balance, not going to war. Candida are like cockroaches, they know what to do and where to go when the RAID comes out.
