Re: Heartburn or gb pain?

Hi! Nice to hear from you again. :) So sorry you're experiencing difficulty while pregnant. OH dear what bad timing!

Okay, if the pain is not in your shoulders and upper arms, then chances are it's not totally the gallbladder that's bothering you. And I've rarely found that avoiding fats and meats does anyone any good, it's a temporary solution at best, and over time simply creates more stones!!! You did release a LOT of stones, so we have to assume that there is an issue with the liver/gallbladder, and probably the small intestine/bile ducts too.

Since you're pregnant, what would probably be safest (you can use kinesiology to verify - your "greater mind" KNOWS these things, you just have to TRUST it) would be to:

1. take the cleansing drink without the cayenne at least once a day
2. 500 mg of malic acid 2x daily (or lots of apple/cherry juice)

3. therapeutic doses of Lecithin (1 tblspoon 3x daily).

Do as much of this as you can for a week, then continue for another week, adding a small dose of oil/juice each morning. Olive and grapefruit would be easiest to deal with but you can trade off and cycle thru different fruits/oils.

You can also add in the cleansing carrot salad at this time.
Take in ACV more often than jsut the one cleansing drink if you can. I think you have an issue with stomach acids. If it causes you more pain and discomfort, stop or reduce.

Also concurrently, you should be sure to:

Lie on your left side when you sleep, and for odd minutes throughout the day. This relieves pressure on the liver/gallbladder, allowing for better circulation.

Gently massage the area by pressing in, under the ribs, and then down. Also massage the entire abdomen clockwise. Stretching also massages the area.

Keep up your fluids! Most pregnant women back off on fluids because they get so tired of having to visit the bathroom all the time. This you cannot afford to do.

Heat is nice, very helpful. Your water should be tea-warm, take bubble baths with Epsom Salts , use heating pads, castor oil packs, hot compresses, try to use as many of these options as possible.

Think about visiting a chiropractor. Many times abdominal issues are tough to resolve because of a spinal subluxion causing pressure on nerves and interrupting nerve channels. Having your spine in good shape is also good preparation for the delivery.

Hope that helps! :)
