Tiny bumps

Hi Shelley,

A friend has an area on her back with tiny little Acne bumps...looks like about 80 or 100 of them. They almost look like baby acne, too small to squeeze. Some have also been showing up on her chest and neck. Any ideas about what might be causing these?
