Yes, vitamin b12, zinc and certain proteins that feed the ligaments and joints (collagen/chondroiten types). B12 is the toughest one to make up for, the rest (apart from collagen) you can usually find in nuts to varying degrees. This is why I promote bone broths (collagen), liver (b12, zinc) and occasionally eating rich gravies. :)
