Ear candling would take care of the problem, but you have to find the right kind of candles. They are hollow. You can probably find them online. Cover a paperplate with foil, punch a hole in the middle, stick the candle in it, pointy-end in the ear, light it on fire - the paper plate is to protect the head from the fire - and the smoke/heat creates a vacuum that pulls out impacted wax and such. Sometimes two or three candles are needed to do the job fully.
Ear wax dissolvers from the drugstore can also be used prior to this to help it work faster.
Some colonics technicians have a special attachment that allows them to flush ears out, but these are probably hard to find in GB.
