2. Don't use the microwave. use anything that isn't metal.
4. Depends on the person. Some people do absolutely fine on any kind of milk! it's so weird. Generally, however, raw dairy is great, pasteurized/homogonized is not. Fermented dairy is best - kefir, yogurt. Only drink/eat organic, otherwise you get bovine growth hormone. Some people do best with simmered milk. Some people never do well with milk. Genetics plays a huge role. So anytime anyone says all milk of any kind is bad for everyone, well, they've just given you a huge clue that they are clueless! LOL!
