perfect food pill or powder?

Is there a differece in taking the GOL powder version of perfct food as opposedto the pill? Is the powder easier to digest for the liver? I think the pill would be more convenient for me but I somehow feel that the powder would be more nutritious and easier to absorb.
Sorry for the stupid question but I am curious on which to buy.
