Re: stretch marks
If you get stretch marks easily, that speaks to deficiencies of skin food - Vitamin A, E, C, zinc, especially. So do see about taking care of that.
The problem with curing stretch marks is the mark is not really in the top layer of skin, it's in the middle layer, so most creams won't penetrate the top layer to get to the middle layer. REtin A type creams are better at penetration, but can lead to side effects if you overdose. Cocoa butter and Vitamin E creams are entirely safe, and when coupled with castor oil packs, this helps them penetrate further. Basically, getting adequate skin food (and assuming the liver and bowels are clean), good circulation (cayenne, rosemary, ginseng), castor oil packs with vitamin E added to the oil or used in place of the oil, should do some good, but it will take time. Skin cells are replaced on average every 30 days.
