Re: Herbal Liver flush?

Hi Jeni! I've always promoted a non- Epsom Salt liver flush. Since I have kidney damage I can't just quaff insane amounts of magnesium without doing further damage to myself, and I've done both types of flushes and find the non- Epsom Salt flush to be way more comfortable and much easier to recover from.

I wouldn't necessarily call it an herbal flush, as you don't have to use herbs either. you jsut have to take care to dissolve and soften the stones before flushing. Clark only gives you the one option of apple juice, but there are tons of others! tons! including herbs. You also have to be very careful to cleanse the bowels afterwards, sinc ethe Epsom Salts won't be there to give you diarrhea. Please refer to all the posts referencing the Liver in the FAQ here for a list of options and various types of flushes.
