Unfortunately, no. If the stomach should become completely compromised by the bacteria, it's very painful and eventually fatal. The problem could have been prevented, but once the infection sets in, only Antibiotics and a very clean lifestyle/cleansing can take care of it. Antiboitics alone won't do it, and lifestyle changes alone won't do it.
Yes, some gentle fibers would be good, gentle cleansing, even a consultation with a chiropractor to make sure the posture is keeping the stomach in the prime position. Fiber does nothing direclty for the stomach, only the small and large intestine.
