HELP appetite enhancer for 2 yr old wont eat

Hi sherry, I am wondering what a good appeitite enhancer would be for my 2 year old girl she is refusing to eat, she had a ear infection from teething a molar ., and now she is barely eating but is still active, can I buy anything natural to enhance her appetite? Please help since I dont knwo what else to do and she has been to the doc 3 times already
