Super-green supplements should be perfectly fine during pregnancy, and better than any pill. YOu may still want to take extra Folic Acid, however, just to be sure! and be sure to add in Cod Liver Oil. Vitamin A is just as essential as folic acid! :)
I wouldn't take formula #1 during pregnancy all that often, especially during the first trimester. Colosan may introduce a lot of magnesium and free radicals into your body, so you should offset that by taking vitamin C such as EmergenC and 500 mg of calcium carbonate. You have lots of other options to help wtih constipation that are completely natural, such as taking a tablespoon each of olive oil and grapefruit juice. This promotes bile, which promotes peristaltic action. More tips in the Bowel Management Notes in the FAQ. Triphala is especialy safe, as it is just fruit. Fruit-eze is also good.
