1. Your microbes are definitely out of balance. Be sure to take in some kefir or supplement with live acidophilus. Avoid refined
Sugar for a couple weeks. Mainly you need to cleanse your bowels with a gentle fiber-based cleanser. You can make your own from flax seeds - flax seed tea would be safest - or buy something like Colonix.
To gain weight, make Kichadi and drink the Protein Shake with extra eggs and soaked nuts. See the FAQ for recipe.
2. Ghee and coconut oil are great. Eat the cleansing carrot salad daily.
3. Don't worry so much about which dosha you are when you're so symptomatic. Figure out which symptoms you have (Vata mostly) and follow that dosha until your symptoms list is practically nil, and then take the test again.
4. impacted fecal matter. Cleanse properly and it will go away. Get your own enema bucket setup, that will speed things up tremendously.
