b complex

hi shelley
i mentioned my really yellow urination some days back and i realized that it most likely had something to do with the fact that i started taking b complex supplements. i read somewhere b4 that there is some link, though i cant remember what. is the yellow urine a sign of my body removing the excess b complex from the supplement? i took it coz i read sometimes facial redness had something to do with lack of b complex.
