I am constipated starting a liver cleanse again what am i doing wrong

I have started another liver cleanse - I am not sure what I am doing wrong - However - I am not highly educated in this area, I have read and read all the emails online here, but I did a cleanse a couple weeks ago and doing aother one now, the first time around I was constipated but I am constipated again help!!!! Please forgive me if I have misunderstood anything cause I truly belive this works! thank you Rose Tweet
