Hi Shelley.. the carob molasses is the consistency of honey. I am hooked on it. I now take the drink in a large travel mug and sip it all day long. I haven't bought any yet, but another lebanese favorite[I found out about on the web] is pomegranite molasses. that sounds great!!. I'll let you know if I find some to try!!!!I think I'll try some of the carob on oatmeal next!
