sea salt doesn't have near the potassium that Bieler Broth does! :) but definitely use
Sea Salt in place of regular
table salt whenever possible. But overdosing on minerals in a larger state (plants break them down) is not good for weak kidneys.
Definitely get tested again, it's best to get tested at least once a year, and if there are any issues, every 3-6 months from then on.
I much prefer Julia Chang's protocol.
Epsom Salts are very hard on the kidneys, I don't use them. I just take care to soften the stones very carefully before flushing. Clark's protocol gives you no options, no flexibility. I've tried to give many options in my FAQ so you can adjust to your needs. Read all the posts on the liver, you'll see.

Amalgams first. I think Clark was needlessly fanatic on that score. Having a clean liver and lymphatic system will ensure that any dental work simply won't be an issue for the body. If dental work was as bad as some alarmists are saying, we'd none of us have good health ever!
