Please Tell Me What's Happening Here ?

Hi Shelley I hope you are well, just wondering once again if you can help me here? I am wondering if I am having a healing crisis or not, because I just don't know what’s happening. I did a couple of plain salt- water enemas last week (two litres). I didn't know until after I post you that I am not suppose to do them of night time unless I sustain from eating. The day after the second one I noticed some rumbling noise in my stomach. That was about 4 days ago and the last 2 days I have had very bad rumbling and explosive diarrhoea. I am due have a period and my stomach and bowel are always a bit more angry at this time because the endometriosis is close to the bowel, but what I am having now I haven't had for a few years. My symptoms were like this all the time about 4 years ago, but it was like that every day all the time, lots of mucus and by the noise you would have thought there was a monster in there.

I am hoping that this is a healing crisis and that I am not going backwards. Maybe my body is responding to the change in diet and enemas so on. What do you think Shelley? Ther have been some possitive things Like after the enema's my hormone spots around my chin and mouth got really angry and now they have die down. Also I think that my sinus is begining to clear because my allergys are not so bad.

The other thing is that my menstrual cycle is normally short 26 days and I am 3 days late (definitely not pregnant. I felt exactly like I would come on the day I was meant to and then I had an Electro impulse thing in my ear (its like Electro acupuncture) and its like everything Stopped feeling that way and I didn't come on. I am hopping that I come on before I have to work again has this is so painful for me. Just wondering if you could throw any light on this Shelley?

Sorry Shelley cos. I know this is a long one, just a couple more things I wanted to ask while I am here. I have some Grapefruit seed caps and a trial size oxy Bowel Cleanse (60 caps). How should I take these)? I mean should I take them together or take the grapefruit caps first and then do the Bowel Cleanse in a couple of weeks?

Just want to tell you that I got this amazing book by a guy called Walter Last called 65 Ways to Superior Health. You have already most likely heard of him cos. its got all the stuff that gets talked about on this forum and the curezone. He talks about doing a salt-water flush or Epsom Salt flush with garlic, at the start of any candida treatment and I was going to try this but I think I should wait now until I have had my period.
