Switch from regular soy sauce to Tamari. Tamari is naturally fermented. Other soy sauces can get imbalanced, be contaminated, upset your delicate balance of microbes.

Read the Healing Crisis post. That's a typical reaction as old toxins get released via the sinus path of elimination.

Gas released with stools is normal, gas in between stools is not. Could be any number of reasons that lying down causes rumbling. Some stomach noises are completely natural and normal.

Even if it's not a large case of systemic candidiasis, your microbes are involved (we have more microbes in our bodies than we do cells!) so it's good to supplement with probiotics and drink kefir/yogurt. When outbreaks happen around the mouth it's usually partly hormonal (which is to be expected in your teenage years) and partly probiotics and lack of B vitamins.
