yellow urination

hi shelley, my urine has been emitting a bad odour in the past week, and just today, my urine was a very bright yellow..really scary. i think it might have something to do with my eating a lot and a lot of bread and cakes lately. why exactly does urine get yellow..although i been eating more, i also drink more water these days.

i am kind of worried about my kidneys..i go to the toilet very often as well..and have dark rings under eyes which i know is related to kidney. i had a checkup recently for kidney failures but the result was fine..but i dont want to risk having any problems in future.. apart from more flushes..what else can i do?
