First Flush

Hey Shelly,
Just wanted to say thanks for answering all my questions. I did my first flush last night and it was great! I got the Epsom Salt down-- no problem, Oil and juice-- no problem. I skip the morning dose of epsoms like you suggested. This morning I got out like 70 green stones.

I do have antother questions. There were also these tan things. They were floating, but they didn't have a round like shape as the green ones had. I scooped some up and they kind of reminded me of finely chopped peanuts? I don't know if these were stones, but there were hundreds of them!

Anyway, thanks again. I'm off to get a colonic.
