If you mean continental Europe you are quite right, but if you mean that of the US of A - where Shelley comes from - you are way off the mark.

Try checking the World Health Organisations site, for health service rankings. You might then consider getting ill whilst on a cross-Channel trip, better service and paid for by your NHS. ;)
