cystic acne

Hi Shelley,
I have been suffering from cystic Acne for about 12 years now. Have done just about everything dumb old western med has offered....courses of Antibiotics , cortizone injections, Accutane. I am tired of it. The side-effects and all. Obviously, none of the positive affects are lasting and do not justify the negative affects.
Recently I had all four wisdom teeth removed and was put on a course of Antibiotics (Amoxicillin 500mg 3X day) Interestingly, my skin flared up badly. I know Antibiotics have caused a lot of long term problems for me.
What do you suggest to rebuild my system and hopefully eventually heal my Acne problem?
