I have been attempting to follow the advice prescribed in the book, 'The pH miracle.'

My main thing is getting my mineral stores back in balance, my pH levels stabilized, my pleomorphic organisms in regression, and my symptoms (fatigue, allergies, brain fog, lymph congestion, immune weakness) eliminated.
I've been working with an alternative MD for some time and my electroacupuncture points are all coming back into balance. I had my mercury fillings removed, and I have done 4 Liver Cleanses now.

However, I am still very sensitive to things. I cannot any sugars (sweet fruits, ect) or fermented foods. I get tired very easily.

This is why I am so avidly doing the pH diet, because I want to clear the yeasts down.

Interestingly, as long as I stay away from all sugars my body overcomes the chronic fatigue and I have enough strength for work, and a hair left for play.

However, if I get sick (which can happen easily if I eat a few of the wrong things) then I can have a very difficult time recovering. I have had the flu for 4 months before without ever fully getting rid of it. (usually it goes away when spring comes)


In terms of diet, I do lots of raw foods, cooked soups, beans, and occasional fish. I figured out ways to make raw foods more warm and digestable such as by making purees, dehyrating vegetables to soften them and marinating. This seems to be a very good solution to some of the drawbacks of raw foods. (this is all outlined in the book 'Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine' by Gabriel Cousens)

I want to do more green juices, but I have a problem. Everytime I make a juice such as cucumbers, celery, ginger, and spinach my lungs start to get congested. Sometimes my lungs almost have this burning feeling.

I don't understand this. I wonder if this is an allergy?

I have done juice fasts before, and they are very interesting. Usually my lungs get congested, and then by the 2nd or 3rd day I find that it is near impossible for me to sleep.

I love juice fasting but I don't know what is going on.

Any ideas?
