It sounds like a gallstone got stuck and festered. So see about cleansing the bowels. You'll have to use a fiber-based intestinal cleanser, and preferably do a very gentle enema of warm water with salt added, too. If you fast for 3 days you can do a salt water flush, which flushes out the entire digestive tract. After that if the symptoms haven't subsided a paraste cleanse may be in order, but try this first.
