Cleansing drink question for shelleycat?...........

Question, Can powdered cayenne be used instead of cayenne tinture? I have been using the powder in my juicing drinks and so wondering if this will suffice?

PS. Also, would other means of friendly flora need to be used along with the friendly flora in ACV? Just tyying to keep my program simple so I can remember everything I need on a daily basis. There's so much to remember and so much out there to take. I am thinking of purchasing some primal defense,but if I don't need to, I wont.
