Advice.. I'm a vegetarian and I got some cross contamination

Hey gang, I hope you're all well.

I've been a vegetarian for a good 8 years (since I was 11)... and I frequently get fast food excluding the meat. This time I found some meat in it, and I'm not sure if I got some definite cross contamination, but I think I did.

What do you suppose I should do? I'm pretty sensitive to meat. ick. It makes me sick. :\
