Please refer to the Gas, Bloating... post in the fAQ. You need to cleanse the bowels with fiber, supplement with probiotics, and eat pungent foods/spices. The Cleansing drink will help a lot, as will preparing things like Kichadi and Moroccan Chicken Soup - see FAQ for recipes. :)
if your tongue is coated white, be sure to start drinking ginger, peppermint and Yogi Tea's India Spice tea. These are great to have on hand anyway when your digestion is compromised, and they taste great so... why not? :)
