3 day Juice Fast questions ...

I am on day 3 of 3 and wondering how much cleansing will a 3 day juice cleanse do?

I am feeling a little lethargic this morning, not tired mentally just seem like things are slower? My tongue is coated white this morning and because the toxin is being pushed out but when will the tongue turn pink again? If I stop cleanse on day 4 and tongue is still white should I continue on until it becomes pink again? I was planning on stopping tomorrow and eating a low carb diet for a while.

How should I approach eating after day 3 is finished? Heavy foods ok? I was hungry enough to eat the cupboard doors off at times but the hunger has subsided.

Please advise.
