My course was in a school - a girl's boarding school to be precise. Men and women are always segregated at this course and you will have very clean bathrooms and shower access. There is time allotted to bathe and rest everyday. I shared a room with four other girls but as you cannot speak or make noise, it hardly matters who you share rooms with. The people are obviously very pleasant and looking to live/think/communicate from a higher plane.
Breakfast is at 6-30 am and lunch at about 11 am I think...After the first three days, you don't feel hungry in the evenings. There is a logical reason for everything in the course. Meditation is best done on an empty stomach and you also see how urges/attachment for food rule you.
If you check out the website at www.dhamma.org they also provide a timetable. The evening meal consists of two fruit.
I hope you do go. And thanks for the advice on dig enzy's.
