Hi Azzira I am not an expert,but I have been useing Vitex for the last couple of months due to estrogen dominence. Vitex balances hormones, so if the skin problems are due to hormone inbalance, you may have some success. However it is very slow acting, so you need to use it for at lest 3 months. I would make sure that your problems are down to hormones before useing this. If this is the case then there would probably be other tell tale signs. I think Shelley will beable to tell you a lot more, but so many people have helped me here that if I can help anyone at all, I will try! Good Luck...Moonie
