what can I expect from colosan?

Hi, I wrote you a few days ago. you recommended I clean my colon with colosan. I got it today! So I wanted to know what to expect? I didn't want to get caught short whyle i'm out in public. Is that the effect it has? How long should I take it, to be cleaned out?
