steeping green tea....

Hi,

I'm a green tea fan too! I drink jasmine green tea from Frontier Herb....yum!

I've read and learned that you should only steep it for 45 seconds to a minute. I notice if I steep mine too long I get a little edgy.

Have you found this too?
