Brain function questions

I do this a lot...I'll be thinking of say two things I need to do or talk to someone about, etc. I start in on one thing and completely forget about the other, sometimes for 2 or 3 days! It's like I can only handle one thing at a time or something. It's so annoying. Is this brain fog or just forgetfulness? Is this a symptom of a congested liver or of what? Can I expect this to improve with flushing? I also have a wandering mind and sometimes can't pay attention for nothing. :( Just curious what this means. Also, I used to get a literal 'foggy' feeling in my head that has disappeared since flushing. Brain fog I guess? As always, you are a gem for helping all of us! :)
