I am excited because i had live blood analysis done yesterday, in melbourne, and it was fantastic. confirmed i have yeast in my blood but apart from that everything else was pretty ok. not too stressed etc. now i know for sure its yeast causing all my problems, how can i find the discipline to stay on the strict diet. I'm good for a few days and then inevitably i always break it as we are out or i cook biscuits for the kids or something. does anyone have suggestions about what they did during a strict dieting experience. ps shelley i have read the post on cravings but for me its more than that it is something in my sub-conscious that says "go on eat me, it won't matter" lol and as soon as i do i can feel the pressure in my ears the glands swelling around my neck and the brain fog worsens
