Re: First Flush - Tonight - Please help...

Thank you so much Shelley...I was plannning on using Epsom Salts (kineselogy said yes). My partner and I were going to do the flush together tonight, but maybe I will wait until tomorrow. I do feel MUCH better now, but I am having another colonic today and who knows what that will bring...also I didn't realize that a colonic could bring on a healing crisis...any info on that?
