Shelley re: raw sourkraut (Bubbies)

Shelley is this ok to eat when fighting Candida. Some books
say yes and others say no. It would seem it would be good
culture like Kefir, but some say no to kefir and sour kraut
because they could introduce pathogenic bacteria. I value
your opinion!
