I started adding half a lemon to my apple juice/ACV morning drink this week, and also started taking an additional peppermint candy every day. I've been taking lecithin (1200mg) and milk thistle daily since the end of July. I'm not sure if it's general exhaustion or toxins or what, but I've been feeling real tired for the past two days, and have a nasty sore on the inside of my right cheek which I think might be from the peppermint. The sore is making the right side of my face feel kind of numb and swollen.
I was wondering if you might have any input as to what I should do at this point. I think I might need to lay low with everything for a little bit.
