Re: Triphala?

Shelley when 1st time i took triphala it gave me great bm but after several weeks it gave me liquid stools and
sometimes i felt bloated, i have taken it
for about 3 months or so and sometimes i had form stools,

i've read about about Oxypowder it will give u liquid stools because it's working and turn the mucus into liquid form maybe that's way i thought the same as triphala did for me so i just keep taking triphala, what do u think shelley thanks Tweet
