TAke acidophilus with or without food ?

Should I be taking acidophilus on empty stomach?

Should I be taking my cod liver oil and flaxseed oil
at different times? Empty stomach or with food?

These oils are really agreeing with me !

The carrot pulp you mention re: liver cleansing:

Does this come from juicing carrots and its what left in
the juicer? Can I grate carrots instead?
